Every product we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on its product page — typically one year unless shown otherwise. This page explains what that covers, who performs the service, and how to raise a request.
Who services your equipment
Warranty repairs and calibration are carried out by the brand's own authorised service network, not by us. That is how medical equipment warranties work: the manufacturer holds the spares, the trained engineers and the calibration equipment.
What we do is coordinate — we raise the request with the brand, follow it up, and keep you informed until it is closed. You do not have to chase the manufacturer yourself.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
- Repair or replacement of faulty parts, at the manufacturer's discretion.
- Labour for the repair during the warranty period.
What it does not cover
- Physical damage, liquid ingress, or damage in transit after delivery.
- Power surges and use with incorrect voltage or an unsuitable adaptor.
- Repair or opening by anyone other than an authorised service centre.
- Consumables and wear items — masks, tubing, filters, batteries, sensors, electrodes, paper.
- Equipment used outside the manufacturer's stated conditions.
Raising a service request
Email Info@medxcorp.in or call +91 98703 66009 / 011-45073692 with:
- your order number or invoice;
- the product name and serial number;
- a short description of the fault, with a photo or video if the problem is visible;
- the site address and a contact person for the engineer.
We acknowledge service requests on working days and come back with the brand's response and an expected timeline. How long a repair takes depends on the manufacturer's engineer availability and spare parts in your city — we will tell you what we are told, including when it is slow.
Installation and demonstration
Some equipment needs installation, calibration or a demonstration before first use. Where that applies it is arranged through the manufacturer's engineers and coordinated by us after delivery. Please do not attempt first-time setup of such equipment yourself.
Warranty registration
Some brands require the product to be registered before warranty service can be claimed. Where that is the case we will tell you at the time of delivery and help you complete it. Keep your invoice — it is the proof of purchase date that the warranty runs from.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMC and extended-warranty plans are available on many of the products we supply, including after the original warranty ends. These are quoted per product and per site. Write to Info@medxcorp.in with the equipment details and your location for a quotation.
Pre-owned equipment
Certified pre-owned equipment carries the warranty stated on its own product page, which is usually shorter than that of a new unit and is provided by us rather than the manufacturer. The exclusions above apply equally.
