Return & Replacement Policy
At Medx Corporation, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical and laboratory equipment. Due to the specialized nature of the products we supply, returns and replacements are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
A return or replacement request may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
* Product received is damaged during transit.
* Product received is defective or non-functional upon delivery.
* Incorrect product has been supplied by Medx Corporation.
* Product received differs substantially from the specifications confirmed in the order.
Customers must notify Medx Corporation within *7 business days* of delivery by emailing *[sales@medxcorp.in] with:
* Order number or invoice copy
* Photographs of the product and packaging
* Description of the issue
* Video evidence where applicable
Failure to report the issue within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.
2. Replacement Policy
Upon verification of the reported issue, Medx Corporation may:
* Replace the defective or damaged product with the same or equivalent model; or
* Repair the product under applicable warranty terms; or
* Provide another suitable resolution at its discretion.
Replacement products will be dispatched after inspection and approval of the claim.
3. Return Shipping Charges
For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, Medx Corporation will bear the return shipping cost. Customers will not be charged any return shipping fee for eligible returns. Medx Corporation may arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions depending on the customer's location
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:
* Patient Monitors
* ECG Machines
* Fetal Monitors
* Dopplers
* AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators)
* Ventilators
* Syringe Pumps
* Infusion Pumps
* Laboratory Instruments
* Calibration Equipment
* Customized or Special-Order Products
* Consumables, Accessories, Electrodes, Sensors, Probes, Pads, Batteries, and Single-Use Medical Items
5. Products Damaged Due to Misuse
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for products that:
* Have been improperly installed or operated
* Show signs of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
* Have been damaged due to electrical fluctuations, accidents, or external causes
* Have serial numbers, labels, or seals removed or altered
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered for medical and laboratory equipment once supplied.
Where a refund is approved by Medx Corporation due to exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within *7–14 business days* after approval.
7. Warranty Claims
Products covered under manufacturer or supplier warranty shall be serviced, repaired, or replaced according to the applicable warranty terms provided with the product.
Warranty service does not automatically qualify a product for return or refund.
