Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

You Can Request a Return or Replacement If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You report the issue within 3 working days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original condition with all accessories

What’s Not Returnable:

  • Custom-made products

  • Used items or products damaged after delivery

  • Opened sterile or consumable goods

How It Works:

  • Email us at sales@medxcorp.in  with your order details and issue (photos help too).

  • We’ll arrange a return or replacement if eligible.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
