Is the equipment genuine and covered by warranty?

Yes. Everything listed as new is sourced through authorised channels and carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on its product page, typically one year unless shown otherwise. Pre-owned units are listed separately under Pre-Owned Certified Equipment and say so clearly on the product page. Full details are on our Warranty & Service page.

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Every order is invoiced with GST. You can enter your GSTIN and registered business name at checkout and both are printed on the invoice, so the purchase is claimable by your hospital, clinic or company.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We deliver across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, and delivery typically takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You receive a tracking link once the shipment is handed to the courier.

Can I pay part of the amount on delivery?

On orders above Rs 5,000 you can pay 20% online at checkout and the balance to the courier when the equipment arrives. Smaller orders are paid online in full. The exact split is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you help with installation, training and after-sales service?

Yes. Our team supports installation and a product walkthrough where the equipment calls for it, and handles warranty service and consumables afterwards. Call or WhatsApp us with the model you are considering and we will confirm exactly what is included for that unit.

Can I get a quotation for a hospital or institutional purchase?

Yes. Send us your item list and quantities through the Bulk Orders page or by email and we will send a formal quotation, including tender paperwork where it is required.

What if a product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

Tell us within the window set out in our Return & Refund Policy and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Keep the original packaging until you have checked the unit, as it is needed for a return pickup.
